Serous answer, he works hard but is very arrogant he’s got one style and won’t change it for anyone wether it works or not and if u criticise him he’s fast enough to blame everyone else but himself he might start well but has been found out very quick both at Fulham and bmouth

Got the players together, coached the youngsters well and developed them. Some questionable tactics but did get us promoted. His disrespect towards the club was the main problem with him.

even if he’s improved tactically & stylistically i would still worry about his man management and general personality. seems a little narcissistic and just a bit weird. switches between being extremely cold and overly emotional.
